Due to the recent increase in business we are on a recruitment drive and are delighted to announce a new partnering arrangement with Forces Recruitment Services (FRS) to help us fill a number of new positions in our team. Lee Clayson, FRS SW Regional Director, brings a wealth of experience in recruitment; in particular, but not exclusively, finding work for local Ex-service people.
After an initial meeting with the management team, Lee proposed a bespoke recruitment package which sees him working on site once a week where he uses all his recruitment resources and experience for our benefit, and encourages input from the managers, ensuring best practice which is starting to show benefits to the company. The package is hard hitting and pro-active in its approach, with far-reaching advertisements and concentrated resourcing methods.
